Positive: This truly lovely and charming cottage in a smaller village afforded us a peaceful stay in the heart of the alps. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room for a family to spread out and relax. The views from the (screened-in) windows are beautiful and the outdoor terrace offers an additional option for enjoying the surrounding scenery. I appreciated the ability to charge our electric vehicle for a reasonable (additional) cost. Denis is a kind host who cares about the comfort of his guests, and we were happy with the ease of communicating with him as needed throughout our stay. The binder he has created with information is a wonderful resource! If only we had been able to stay longer to enjoy all of the recommended sites! Note that this is a stay in the beautiful French Alps countryside, so do not be surprised if you see an adorable lizard on the terrace! Also note that the roadways through the village are small and winding, but manageable. The closest town is about 10/15 minutes away by car, which is where you will find bakeries and groceries.
